What you will find in the window
The collection covers both ends: clean pieces you wear every day, and traditional jewellery with real weight for special occasions. Most of our customers in Amsterdam East are looking for both, and the window is arranged accordingly.
Bangles
This is what people ask about most. Ajda is slim and light, suited to daily wear, and comes in zigzag, ribbed and grooved variants. Burma is formed by twisting two or three fine wires around each other and reads as traditional. Kibrit, matchstick-thin and straight, is made to be stacked.
All three are usually 22 karat with modest workmanship costs, which is why they are also bought as a store of value.
Wedding rings and diamonds
In wedding bands we carry plain, stone-set, classic and modern. Most couples want to try both rings together, so measuring and comparing happen in the same visit.
With diamonds we suggest seeing the stone in your hand and under different lighting. Display lighting flatters every stone; daylight is honest.
Purity and hallmarks
In the Netherlands an item may only be sold as gold at 585 (14 karat) or above, and gold jewellery of 1 gram or more must carry an independently verified hallmark. So 14 karat here is not lesser gold; it is the legal standard. Our guide to 14K and 22K sets out the full comparison.
No online sales
We show the collection so you can get a sense of it; buying happens in the shop. The reason is simple: gold colour and how a piece sits on the wrist never translate to a screen. Message us on WhatsApp about a specific piece and we can tell you whether it is in stock before you travel.
